1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and engaging our services (Custom Website Development, Google Ads Management, API integrations), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Provision and Scope

Krrish Web Solutions offers premium digital services detailed as follows:

• Custom Website Creation: Hand-coded architecture (HTML, PHP, MySQL, WordPress) and payment integrations (Razorpay). Upon full payment, the client retains 100% ownership of the developed code and assets.
• Google Ads Management: Setup, targeting, and ongoing optimization. We utilize official Developer API integrations and custom PHP scripts to mitigate click fraud.

3. Payments and Billing

• All invoices and project fees must be paid via our authorized Razorpay gateway or direct bank transfer.
• Monthly services (e.g., Ads Management starting at ₹5,000) are billed upfront.
• For website development, a deposit is required before code engineering begins. Because of the custom nature of our programming, initial deposits and completed milestone payments are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide required materials (logos, basic text, domain access) in a timely manner. Delays in providing necessary components may result in adjusted project timelines. The client is solely responsible for the ad budget paid directly to Google.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our custom PHP IP blockers and API rules highly optimize campaigns against click fraud, Krrish Web Solutions cannot guarantee a complete elimination of fraudulent activity due to the evolving nature of the internet. Furthermore, we are not liable for sudden algorithm changes by Google or third-party server downtimes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
